 FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Program participation is limited to one per family and has strict qualification guidelines.

In general, individuals who do not own a home at the time of application can qualify. To be eligible, your income must qualify, you must have been employed in the same line of work for 24 months and have a good established credit history.

 Household income must not exceed certain limits as well.
