Katherine Melian
Receptionist and Director of First Impressions
Katherine Melian manages the firm’s front office operations, answering client inquiries, coordinating appointments, handling administrative document flow, and maintaining the professional image of Salcines Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Melian worked as a City Council President Aide for the City of Hialeah providing comprehensive support to elected officials and facilitating communication between community members and key government departments. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Ms. Alvarez has been with Salcines Law since 2025. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness and reading.
