Paralegal – Real Estate Department
Lourdes Martinez oversees all aspects of transactional support within the Real Estate Department. She prepares closing documents, reviews title commitments, coordinates escrow disbursements, and works closely with lenders, realtors, and title companies to ensure smooth residential and commercial closings. Prior to joining Salcines Law, Ms. Martinez was a Real Estate Closing Coordinator at another south Florida law firm, and holds a certification in Real Estate Paralegal Studies. Ms. Martinez has been a valued member of Salcines Law since 2025. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and exploring new restaurants in South Florida.
